The room was dirty an did not look like it was cleaned before we arrived. Things that were spilt on the fridge that I had to clean off. Rust leak behind the toilet an rusted in the fridge. Dirt an cobwebs on the lamps an air conditioner hole in the wall. I booked the room for 2 nights an only stayed for one because I had come in so late. If I didn't stop before getting there for cleaning products it would not have been half way clean. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. I was very discussed I couldn't even go back for another night or even bring my baby back there.

There was a musty smell from carpet on wet concrete. The sheets were old and worn. The carpet had water stains. the AC worked well, but was unusually noisy.

Nothing. I can't believe you would even ask for a good review. Nothing was even close to excellent. The air conidition did work thank god!
First the outside looked run down. Picture of hotel was deceiving. Flowerbed was even dead as well as the hanging plants. The room was suppose to be non-smoking but it smell like it was for smokers days ago. The sink did not have a stopper it in. The tub, well lets say its time to call on bath fitter. The bed was unreal. We were sleeping on the springs. No stuffing inside. Then to top it off, I find dried up blood stains on one of the sheets and a regular sheet used for a fitted sheet on the other bed. No remote for a regular tv. So pretty cheap night for a not so cheap price.

The cat and mold smell was choking. The pool was NOT heated. The door dead bolt locked us in the room. The manager did not respond to phone calls about being locked in. Booking Buddy does NOT closely monitor quality. Since we booked last minute we could not get a refund. The mattresses were poor quality. The coffee machine was removed from the room. There were holes in the walls.

We never actually stayed. We pulled into the parking lot and were greeted by a bunch of very dirty young men with no shirts on all with the same large tatoo on their chests. Gang? I don't know but they were staying there and we got the impression they lived there. After awhile a maid came to the office we were locked out of to say the owner wasn't here right now. We went back later and the owner's son asked us if we had a reservation, what we were being charged, whether or not we paid yet, how long the reservation was for and if we knew what room we were in! We were in a filthy, hot, smelly outside room with a single lock a 2 yr old could have picked. Large dead bugs on windowsill. Filthy bathroom. Being afraid for our safety we left and returned when the owner was there a few hrs later to tell him we weren't staying. He said we had to pay 1 night. Booked.net was called and I was told I'd be charged $89; the 1st night's rate. After I hung up with you I was instead charged $129; the most expensive night's rate. Fearing for my welfare I signed the paper, got screwed and went to the Ramada Inn.
Everything. Very dirty, no security, questionable crowds hanging out in parking lot - wouldn't even move so we could park our car. Nobody in office when we arrived - or for hours at a time.
